BATTLETECH

I love Battletech. Big stompy robots! Lots and lots of queer folks! Death to my enemies! Sometimes when you play with girls they tease you! (I guess I lied about only talking about the girlkissing once) But seriously, its a great universe, with lots of great stuff.

CBT or Alpha Strike?

Not that type of CBT silly! CBT means Classic Battletech, the original game. Although normally we lump the modern game, Total Warfare, in with it. But basically its the one with the hex grid and the tables and the individually tracking heat and ammunition and armor damage. Its fun! I like it a lot! Really hard to play anything more than a lance on a lance though in reasonable time. Alphastrike! Alphastrike is the simplified one! Base rules are too simple! It comes with extra rules! Yes extra rules are tasty! people get mad if you lick the book though But yeah! lots of fun! Lay bridges! Start forest fires! Burn down the orphanage! Drown infantry because you burst a dam (There's not rules for that in alphastrike. -Ed. ) Its so much fun! And if you get your girlfriends into it you can bite them! Yay!
